The Annual Silent Auction & Bull/Oyster Roast to Benefit LARS is held in early June at the American Legion Post 60 in Laurel. With the help of many local businesses and attendees, last year's auction raised over $10,000 for the continuation and enhancement of LARS' programs. We had several exciting auction items, including weekend getaways, airline tickets, passes to local ski resorts, restaurant certificates, and more! Crab soup, steamed shrimp, and oysters were freshly prepared by Casey's Crab Company and live music was provided by The Mike and Bobby Show.
